Jan looks at the role believers have in encouraging and helping others to go forward in the Christian faith, like Barnabas did with Paul.

After an introduction by Clare, Jan considers what it was like for those followers of Jesus who did not see him that first Easter Sunday and how they reacted when they finally did meet the risen Jesus. She goes on to consider how believers today should react to their encounter with the risen Jesus.

Jan starts by considering the characteristics her own family but then moves on to the family of God, its characteristics and the implications for its members, all true believers in God.
