We have a CD ... oh yes we have!

Capella RecordingBefore Christmas, we found out that Rachel had arranged for us to record our first ever CD.  After picking 8 of our favourite tracks early in the New Year, including 'The Old Rugged Cross', 'Oh Happy Day' and Ben E King's 'Stand By Me', we worked hard to perfect them ready for the recording at the end of February.  The recording was a great experience, although trying to get that single perfect take was a little nerve-wracking at times!  It was fascinating to hear ourselves back in more detail than we've ever heard before, which helped us make a few tweaks to really put the finishing touches to the songs.   Listening back to the final recording shortly afterwards, we were all delighted, and very proud of what we'd produced.

More recently, we also enjoyed taking part in the Welton Easter celebrations.  A particular highlight was singing at the Son-rise service on Easter morning, where we were blessed with good weather and a beautiful sunrise.CD Cover mockup web

Copies of Capella's CD, which is called 'Gloryland' and showcases some of Hatty's artwork on the cover, are available to pre-order at £5 each - please see Rachel if interested.

We are a Church with a clear vision.  It’s sourced in the Bible and expressed in 3 simple phrases.  Disciple Making (Matthew 28 v 19), Church Planting (2 Timothy 2 v 2) and World Reaching (Acts 1 v 8).

At this time, we have taken the decision to stop our usual meetings, in line with Government guidance, yet we still have lots going on and welcome you to check out our page:
