The operation of the search-light of God – Mike Howell – Sunday evening 9th August 09

1 Corinthians ch2. Mike starts by defining the difference between a flood-light and a spotlight. The Holy Spirit acts as a spotlight in our lives to transform us. The three challenges that Mike brought were that (1) we need to discover the deep things of God, (2) we need to be willing to be searched daily by God's Holy Spirit and (3) it needs to be God who does the searching, since He alone can challenge and transform us.
